Mediva Resort is a resort and hotel complex on the first coastline of the Charvak Reservoir, in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region. The drive from Tashkent takes about an hour and a half, which makes the place equally convenient for a weekend and for a whole season
The complex comprises 9 private villas and 120 apartments. A typical villa covers 483 m² with five rooms; the apartments come in four formats — Standart, Family, Deluxe and Lux. Leisure infrastructure has been built by the water, and the grounds are maintained by a managing company
What sets the project apart from ordinary country property is the ownership model. Here a unit works as an asset: the managing company handles letting, services and upkeep, while the owner receives income without dealing with day-to-day matters. The format is closer to a hotel than to a summer house
